Dramatic Topsy Turvy
I've been wanting to do a cake like this for a really long time, and finally MADE time this week! I was also excited to try the Australian Method - instead of using buttercream under the fondant you use chocolate ganache. It does put the cost up a bit, but it is SO much nicer to deal with!

Cappuccino Fudge Cheesecake
I don't crave things too often, but this was one time it came! Found this recipe on pinterest and was really looking forward to trying it out! Turned out not too bad - if you don't like coffee - this definitely isn't for you, however if you do, then I strongly recommend trying this one!
Chocolate Graham Crust, Layer of chocolate ganache (fudge), then the expresso cheescake (delightful), next came a sweetened sour cream layer, topped with ganache running over the edge of it all!
