Dramatic Topsy Turvy

I've been wanting to do a cake like this for a really long time, and finally MADE time this week! I was also excited to try the Australian Method - instead of using buttercream under the fondant you use chocolate ganache. It does put the cost up a bit, but it is SO much nicer to deal with!

Cappuccino Fudge Cheesecake

I don't crave things too often, but this was one time it came! Found this recipe on pinterest and was really looking forward to trying it out! Turned out not too bad - if you don't like coffee - this definitely isn't for you, however if you do, then I strongly recommend trying this one!

Chocolate Graham Crust, Layer of chocolate ganache (fudge), then the expresso cheescake (delightful), next came a sweetened sour cream layer, topped with ganache running over the edge of it all!

Love doing cornelli... it's so random and so easy!

Pumpkin Crunch Cake

This cake was SO simple easy to make! 

Four layers of pumpkin cake with a butter/sugar/nut layer separated by a whack of cream cheese... 

it was then surrounded by cream cheese and the crunch!
