The "Hearty-fill pan" (Wilton) was one that I wanted to get to make a white chocolate raspberry cake for Valentines Day (for my family).Well the pan came early and of course I
HAD TO try it! So I made a banana cream cake! It was really yummy, but I didn't let the mousse chill long enough, thus it was still runny and didn't show a clean cut. Looking forward to trying it again Monday (Lord willing).
